No, definitely not. I know size doesn't matter, but micro? Hell no, and diapers? Well it would be a turn off but it all depends on the reason... but id probably wouldn't start dating someone who wears diapers but like if we were dating a while and he had some kind of illness or accident causing him to wear them, then I wouldn't leave him. Same for the penis I guess, wouldn't start dating someone with a small dick but if he some how lost his dick, I wouldn't leave him...
