i was kind of dating this guy, was nothing defined, we never talked about it, but he had to leave, he lives in another State now and our goodbyes were ruined by my stupid behavior: he said he was leaving and I just smiled and told him to have a safe trip, as if I didn't care he was leaving for good - but I did, and I still do -, then he just hugged me and kissed me for I don't know how long in the forehead. After this we haven't talked for a couple of days and I texted him asking how he was doing and saying I didn't greet him as I'd wanted to, he replied saying he understood why I acted like that and then he wrote '' I've been thinking a lot lately, and.. a bit, just a bit, I miss you! '' what should I write him back? what does it means?his whole behavior when we were saying goodbye and his text.. it may be easy to understand, still I don't.

It means he misses you. Stop playing games. Just tell him you miss him too.

However, you said he moved out of state, I do not know how far & if a long distance relationship is possible for you. If it isn't, I wouldn't go any further with telling him your feelings, but if you two think you can do a LDR, then go for it, tell him. Be candid and honest. It's the only way you will find out if this is mutual. If not, you won't see him again. Win-win.

The bit just a bit basicly means he doesn't want to come off too strong.
