This guy keeps looking at me.. and it's weirding me out?

Why would a guy stare at a girl?
Like, i always catch him staring at me, and it's killing
me with curiosity. And when i catch him, he'll either just stare for a few seconds then look away or keeps on staring.

There's a "rumor" that his best friend likes me, and it
makes it worse, it makes me so self concious, it somehow
Makes me feel like as if he's judging me.


One time, we were doing a group activity and i had to sit at
His seat, (also he would always sit at my seat too so i guess
We can call it quits), he came back to get his book from his
Desk and when he saw me he said "Hey" (its not a greeting tho), so i got up to sit at the chair beside me instead,
After i stood up, he saw his best friend who "likes me"

Guys stare for a variety of reasons. I either ignore it or confront the staring. If it's bothering you, you can always ask him.

How do i intimidate him to make him stop staring tho, i usually just stare back to make the person look away but for some weird reason, it doesn't work on him.
