My boyfriend says the tip, specifically the underside of the head, gets very very sensitive to the point it becomes uncomfortable with further stimulation. It all depends. This is a very personal matter and everyone of us is different. Some guys can go multiple times with a very little reload time and some guys are one shot only and takes a long time to reload. It is nothing weird that it hurts. Some of the heads hurt, some get really sensitive. Be mindful and understanding.
