Guys, if a girl gets flustered from time to time while talking do you assume it's because she likes you?

Several men at work act as if I have shown interest in them, which I did not so it's a bit uncomfortable as I don't want them to be flirty. I think it's because my face tends to blush at the smallest thing, I don't think I come across as shy since I have no problem talking to guys or expressing myself, but that is the only explanation I can come up with since all I talk to them about is work related. Do you guys think the same if a girl sometimes blushes while talking to you?

One thing if you are nice and look at the guys that will have a chance and if you are goodnlooking thay will try too flirt you need too tell tham like a joke but serious because guys are guys thay will try but if somebody is a nice guy maybe give o e the chance for me it was good maybe you can finde someone very perfect from just waiting how thay aproach you i am dating a girl that is from my work and i had the best time on my life i love her and she loves me meeting was a katastrofa but sometime from bad things can good things happen soo good luck

False hope is like if you are nice too guys and thay start thinking that you like her that is the desperation situation of the male gender haha
And the girl that moved away forgot slowly about me it is complicated and i am still recovering from that i am a emotional guy i just love too much that is my mistake

I worked 3,5 years with a girl who blushed and got flustered. But most of time she showed this reaction as she was annoyed or ashamed because she did something wrong with work that I gave her.
I didn't flirt with her, she flirted with me without blushing.
Therefore I don't think it's exclusively connected with liking someone.

Either I don't notice blushing very well, or no one does it around me. If that were to happen to me, my first instinct would be that I've pried into her personal life too far. That said, I wouldn't rule out attraction. If a girl were blushing and getting flustered near me, I suppose I'd like to think she's attracted to me. A guy can dream...

Some girl interns and a fellow female coworker with whom I do shifts regularly tend to fluster and blush on the regular, and I never assumed they had an ounce of interest for me.

Well, the interns are all around 18 so obviously I don't assume any interest.
My coworker is around the age of my girlfriend and nothing she did made me assume interest on her part. We went drinking coffee after work a couple of occasions, but we talked a little about our respective partners and nothing else.
I don't tend to assume romantic interest from things like that, there was no romantic subtext.

It can be flirting but it can be anxiety. I just tell her to take her time and we have all the time to get our word across so she doesn't have to be flustered.

I have no problems getting words across, I can be quite charismatic when speaking but the blushing has stayed since teenage years and I wonder does that seem suggestive

I'm pretty sure you would only be able to see that in person. It can't be anything significant. A little blush on the face means nothing, if they are jumping to conclusions they are not smart.
