Guy's Behavior

Does he like me? Or am I just a cuddle buddy?

So I met this guy about a month ago and at first he started talking to me on facebook trying to get me to hang out at his place after midnight a bunch of times, so I told him to cool it and ask me to hang out at a decent time. He texted me the next day and wanted me to meet him out, but I decided not to. Later, he asked me to go hang out with him and his roommate so I did. It was really foggy outside so I asked him if I could spend the night and he said it was no big deal. We were watching a movie and things were a little awkward, but got better real fast. He was very cuddly and touchy feely, but not inappropriate at all. Nothing at all happened except he cuddled with me until I left the next day. He texted me a few days later just to check in, then asked me to come hang out again the next week and once again all we did was watch TV and cuddle. The week after that he texted me "you could come over and cuddle if you want" so that night I go and we have an intense make out session and he never once tried to go further. I told him I wasn't ready for more to happen and he said you don't have to do anything you aren't uncomfortable with. We cuddled the rest of the night until I let the next afternoon. When I was leaving he said he'd text me, but he didn't. However he does ask me last week on facebook chat to "come cuddle." I'm curious to see what he wants, but he really doesn't try anything. We kissed a little, but that's it. I just don't know what's going on, really. He used to text and message me more and now I only hear from him once a week. I have never once had a guy invite me over just to cuddle with the intentions of just cuddling. What is this? lol
