I have a crush on my male coworker. Lately I would touch his hands and he doesn't flinch or take his hand back. One day he was working on his pc & I just came from his back and placed my face next to his as I watch what he is tapping & he didn't flinch nor takes head away from mine. He is comfortable with touches. Looks at me direction when ever. Try initiate to talk to me but small talk. He always come in my direction and see what I am doing. Whn I talk to other coworkers he makes high sounds like talk loud even talk to males coworker that I talking to. Once the coworker step outside then he sits next to me initiating a conversation like how I am doing. He gives off confident and shy energy. But he didn't ask me out or ask if I have boyfriend. Should I confront him or what.

I need your opinions. Should I make the first move or what?

Sounds like a shy guy but he’s deff interested! He has to feel comfortable with you to let you put your face so close to his, and not pull away. Turn your small talk into deeper conversation, get to know him more, but personally I’d still make him make the first move.
