Do guys find shy girls or outgoing girls more attractive?
Depends on the guy. I think most will answer shy because they too are shy but there's more too it than that.
The truth is this; the girls who don't go on first impressions, the girls who can talk to a guy and listen spellbound to whatever it is he's saying, those are the girls who get guys. Shy girls and outgoing girls can pull this off equally well. Most guys are motormouths and love to talk but occasionally you'll get one who just sits back and listens, in which case you'll have to do some talking. No big deal - you do have hobbies, interests right? Favorite books, movies, funny story from work, that kind of stuff. It's really not a big deal once you figure out that you can walk up to a guy and start talking to him.
Nothing turns a guy on more than a girl who can listen intently to whatever interests him. It's better than sex. All you have to do is listen to him, act like whatever he's saying is incredible, and throw in a bit of flirting and he will be thinking about you for a month. Trust me on this.
Also, don't let your insecurities get to you - as I said before guys have insecurities as well. Nobody's perfect. It doesn't matter if you're a little fat, or short, or skinny, you can do the things I stated above. While it may not work 100% you'll meet guys and you'll have a good time.

shy quiet ones, most outgoing girls tend to be the annoying girlfriends. The shy ones, are shy with their moves they make on you, theyre easy going, and you can love on easily. Outgoing girls hinder you sometimes in getting in a romantic mood with them, because all they do is smile and talk all the time. Hope I helped:)
from what I've heard my guy friends tlking about they like girls who are a little shy when they first get to know them..it lets them tease them and feel comfortable with them while also making the girl intriguing since she doesn't wear her heart on her sleeve.
but ladies, why so shy?! you gotta do you and enjoy life and not be afraid what people think :)

I have to say I'm pretty shy but I still talk to people and socialize. I just won't walk up to some one and go "Oh my gosh! You're gonna be my new BFF!" That's not me. I think it all depends on if the girl is nice etc.
*For me: In guys, I don't find either one more attractive than the other.

i like outgoing non party girls who are capable of doing things as a couple without constantly needing to be around crowds of people and if she does need to be around lots of people regularily that's OK too so long as she is OK with me not having to always be there.

I LOVE SHY GIRLS, however sadly they are so shy I never know if they are interested. So if you are a shy personality take a leap of faith every now or then.

its honestly depending on the guy.
I am a shy guy so I like girls who are more out going because it helps balance me and my shyness/awkwardness out if that makes sense.

too outgoing is actually a turnoff for me because I don't like party girls...

i like outgoing girls better, although shy girls are good too. Shy girls play too many tests, they always keep things for themselves and are flaky overall which is annoying.
