What does it mean when your boyfriend "bites" your nose?

Sometimes when my boyfriend and I are kissing he will lightly bite the tip of my nose. This thoroughly confuses me. I have no idea why he does this/what it could possibly mean... He's also a coupe of other times attempted to lightly bite me earlobe, which left me just as puzzled...

hehe it's fine. He's just being playful while kissing you. Don't think too much about it. He just likes putting his mouth on you. maybe he thinks your nose is cute. At least your boyfriend doesn't bite (I mean bite btw) your cheek cause he thinks it's cute... that hurts! :P

Reviewing your comment on another answer - I totally get it. Boyfriends sometimes give you the crappiest answer "cause I felt like it" and it's like... well WHY did you feel like it hehe my boyfriends the same.

Yeah he just wants to eat you up cause he thinks you're cute ;P don't worry - your question wasn't stupid. Boyfriends don't always understand themselves so how are you meant to know :P

that he's just being flirty with you in his own guy way. Unless he bites down too hard then tell him to stop. But other then that its a sign of affection for a guy to give to his girlfriend :)

hes being "flirty" and slightly funny when he bites your nose he's having fun(i've done this before) and when he bites your earlobe he probably thinks it will turn you on I have done that and a lot woman like it (it turns them on)

yeah, but I've told him a couple of times that having him attempt to bite my ear freaks me out... does he think that by still trying to bite my ear will eventually get me to let him?

I ask, because when I ask him, he does NOT give me any answer besides "I don't know" and not matter how many different questions I ask, he still won't give me an answer.

otherwise, I wouldn't have "clogged" up this site with my "stupid" question.

Also, I asked because he was doing that flirtatiously while we were making out. I asked if it meant he "wanted to eat me". I really do need help in understanding why he does that.
