Okay, I am very frustrated and confused... pls help
First off, introduce some basic info about me and him. I am 28 year old Chinese girl grew up in Canada, raised from a family that owns business. I am working in the IT section, a professional performing singer of ten years. 5,6 feet tall. Attractive. Had one boyfriend.
He is a 32 years old Chinese guy. Never left China, owns an apartment in a second tier city closed to Beijing. Working for the government. 6.4 feet, good-looking. Had four relationships.
I met this guy once last month. He says he really likes me after our first date. Initially he said thing like"I like your long hair, like your big round eyes and etc..."
And then he started to bring up sexual topics that made me feel uncomfortable. I told him to stop and finally deleted him. He added me again a few days later and said he is very serious about this relationship. I decided to trust him.
However... recently he starts to make jokes about me being flat-chested. I am in fact pretty well-endowed as an Asian girl (36D) but he makes constant jokes about it everyday.
I send him a video of me performing on company's New Year Party, he replied "look at those thick legs of you!!! That's very recognizable."
And now everyday no matter what I say to him, he always make sarcastic comments about what I do and say. For example, I like a certain TV show from the 80's, he replies: 'oh, how old are you? Still watch this show? I am speechless.' 'Aren't you stupid?'
His comments are making me start to feel bad about myself. I have had pursuers who
are well-off than him (a guy whose family runs a factory, a university professor who is post-doctoral, a Stanford graduate who works in Google. I didn't end up being with them was because I decided to leave Vancouver to start my career in China) and we treated each other with respect.
It really makes me wonder why this guy says he likes me and wants to marry me, but at the same time mocks me and brings me down?
