When I was walking to lunch this guy that I always catch staring at me turned around in the hallway and followed me with his eyes , looked me up and down and stare me in my eyes. I thought it was weird so I hurried up and left the hallway. He's done this a few times but he's never said anything to me. What does this mean?
Why did he look me up and down right in front of me?
