I already asked his name some months ago because he started flirting me. Now I want to know more about him, but I don't think he is going to like if I ask personal questions.

I tried two times to ask him, but he couldn't answer. I only asked how was living in Japan. The other day I asked his opinion about something related to Biology. He changed the subject both times.

I thought he was not interested, but he hovers where I go and try to get my attention. Most of the time I don't know what's going on. Confusing.

Be patient, and show through little things that you are interested in him in particular, sometimes we have trouble comprehending that someone is interested in 'us' in particular.

If he hovers around you, he is probably interested, try not to force it though, but try to be gentle in how you approach him, and don't try to rush into it.
