This guy I’m speaking to who I met online wants to get drunk and FaceTime, at first I was like “maybe he’s just shy and wants to ease the pressure and have a bit of alcohol” but..

I'm definitely too late to share an opinion here but I'm just putting this here in case someone else is reading it and is in the same situation:
I would say guess based on the type of person he is. If you usually joke around and tease each other, he probably just wants you both to get drunk because it'd be funny on facetime and it would be more chill and relaxing.
If you haven't known him for a long time, he might just be looking to try and have some "fun" shall we say. And also if he just wants YOU to get drunk and not him then that's a little weird.
If he's kinda shy he might just be looking for ways to ease into talking and maybe getting drunk is a method of that for them.

That could have many meanings! If it was me in this situation, I would most likely be worried about Sexual things, but perhaps for some people, it's a way to let off stress, loosen up, speak truthfully, vent and Let the troubles go! It cam be hard to know for certain!
