Two things for me
1. If she is a genuinely kind and caring person to everybody, it's a really attractive personality trait, which I rank above almost everything else.

2. If a girl has some knowledge of the things I am passionate about, my hobbies and interests. She doesn't need to be an expert, Just know enough to ask me basic questions is enough for me to remember her and make her stand out.

One thing that always gets my ears perked up is when I notice a girl using foul language all while still sounding feminine not with a deep male like voice of course.
Not that it's all it takes for me to approach her but it's one undeniable attention grabber
