What will work on a normal guy isn't necessarily going to work for a Top 10% guy, because a Top 10% guy is going to have women throwing themselves at him all the time, whereas most normal guys get relatively little attention from girls.

For most normal guys, you really just need to be sweet, fun, feminine, easy to be around (meaning: not demanding, and not oversensitive or offended by everything), and then show him some special attention. Hug him hello and goodbye. Talk to him, and smile while you do it. Break the touch barrier - put your hand on his hand or arm or shoulder. Laugh at his jokes. Dare I say? Give him a compliment... especially one about his looks (even if he's average-looking at best), because normal guys don't get those kinds of compliments, ever. It's really not that difficult.

Now, if you're going after a Top 10% guy, and you aren't a 9+ yourself (based on men's standards), then you are competing against other women offering easy sex (at the very least), so you'd have to be offering easy sex PLUS other things he would value, in order to have much chance at getting his attention. And his attention is all you're really going to get - guys like that don't DATE below a 9+ if they date at all, so you'd have to be satisfied with just getting sex and maybe a bit of his lifestyle for a little while.

That depends on the context, if it's like a first meeting kind of thing then the thing that gets my attention the most about a woman is how she carries herself and smiles. If she looks open and like she enjoys being where she is that makes me gravitate toward her, as it puts me at ease around her.

If it's more like somebody I already know, and am on a date with or just hanging out with it is definitely seeing her treat other people with kindness or respect. You can tell a lot about somebody by how they talk to people in positions lower than them. For example, at a restaurant if the weight staff messes something up and the woman is polite and kind about it that pushes her up several notches to me. Alternatively if she's rude and callous that makes her unattractive.

Simply talk to me as if she has known me all our lives. That to me is the most attractive thing that gets my attention. This morning a woman started talking to me out of the blue, she was all personality, and she was funny. She was difficult to top with humorous comebacks. A thought I had was I wouldn’t mind spending time with her and she was about average.
