We had an arranged marriage, and have been married since a month.
He always stares at me, even when we watch TV, he would stared at me more than watch TV. If I am reading a book, he would stare at me. When I catch him, he would smile. I don't like too much attention.
He always praises me, my personality, my cooking skills, etc. I don't like too much compliments.
He would unnecessarily call me everyday while being at job saying that he misses me a lot. He doesn't have any friends. I don't like too much clinginess.
He has bought me a gift every week until now. I don't like to waste money.
He always wants to help me in whatever I am doing. Be it cooking, cleaning, etc. Does he think I am incapable to do those things?
If this is just the starting phase of a newly married couple, I think it's okay. But if he's going to stay like this forever, I won't like it.

He calls me while being at his job. Here is a typical conversation:
He: Hello, (my name).
Me: You need something?
He: How are you, dear?
Me: I am fine. You need something?
He: (starts talking about something we had talked about before he left for the job)
Me: Yeah yeah. Why did you called though?
He: It's because I miss you a lot already, my angel.
Me: Uh... nice I guess
He: Do you miss me?
Me: Uh... Not really... Why did you call if you don't need anything?
And I hang up the call.

Me: You need something?
He: How are you, dear?
Me: I am fine. You need something?
He: (starts talking about something we had talked about before he left for the job)

When I asked him if he needed anything.
He said, 'Yes, I need something right now.'
Me: Oh, what do you need?
He: Guess it!
Me: ... I don't know, you say...
He: Uh huh, my (my name) is very smart, she can figure it out.
Me: You forgot a file at home?
He: Uh huh, it isn't that!
Me: Then what is it?
He: Won't you try to guess it, my angel?
Me: (annoyed) Just say it.
He: I need your love.
(I quickly hung up!)
