I used to talk to this guy for a while but things didn’t work out so we decided to be friends. We still like each other (I always catch him staring at me and he compliments me all the time) but he’s recently started calling me pal, which is something he’s never done before. Am I officially friend zoned or is he saying that to see how I would react?
