Yes, men are definitely mesmerized by jiggling or swaying breasts. It's just a natural physical response in men, not something they have to think about. I think it probably comes from the fact that in order to jiggle, there has to be a certain mass to the breasts. So it is the same reason that most men are attracted to larger breasts.
