Why didn’t he respond to my message?

So, I messaged this guy on Instagram and he seemed interested at first. We would message each other after a couple hours, so we didn’t really talk for that long. But then I responded and then he never opened my message. He’s been active on the app and I just found him on tinder. I wasn’t looking for a relationship with him, but it looks like he isn’t look for a relationship either. Did he not respond to me Bc he lost in me or was he just not attracted to me?

Most likely he’s either found someone else, or doesn’t want to imply that he wants a relationship with you. He wants to explore his options, because no one really goes on tinder looking for love, usually just a hookup.
