I don't know, I don't do it, but in my opinion modern society tend to overthink it.
Most men, who do it are just silly carefree dudes, it's not some kind of conspiracy to degrade women and assert dominance.

It's called sexual harrassment. Other females enjoy it so they assume all women do. It's wrong. Just ignore them. Watch yiur surrounds and don't respond. They seek sexual attention.
