He tilts his phone screen when I'm around yet tries to look at mines?

This guy I was dating, whom claims he wants us to work, has this thing where when he's around me he's tilted his phone out of my sight so that I can't see the screen. Unless he was calling one of his guy friends or family members.

He leaves his phone lying around though with no issue, he's shown me stuff on his phone like a photo without an issue. If he gets a notification he'll check it, reply or whatever and then put it down. Yet when I've been on my phone and he's near he will hover around and he's tried to look at my phone screen to see what I'm doing or who im texting. I've asked if he trusts me he said yes and when I mentioned what he does he just replied by saying I do it.

If my fiance and I are on our phone while laying in bed ill tilt it away because I like my screen bright and it blinds her or ill be browsing funny memes and I don't want to distract her while she is on her phone because she will stop what she's doing and just look at my phone we have nothing to hide sometimes its just easier to move it out of view
