Guy's Behavior

He can look into my phone, but I cannot look at his. Why is that?

He takes my phone to see the time, looks at who has texted me, etc... But when I took a look at his notes (he takes notes in an app to get a reminder of his tasks), he got upset telling me "you are way too young to look at my notes, there are some things you don't have to know".

He is 11 years older than me.

Is he hiding something or is just way too possessive?
