Just because he doesn't let you see his phone is perfectly fine your partner is allowed some privacy. And doesn't mean he is cheating because he doesn't maybe you are insacurse because you done something

I don't let anyone look through my phone; it is an invasion of my privacy. Just because you let him look through yours doesn't mean that he should let you look through his. And there are other ways to find out if someone is cheating or not.
I wouldn't say cheating but I would say not compatible. Obviously he doesn't meet your criteria for a partner, if there
are blatant trust issues.
