Is it normal for a guy to want to show off his girl?

I just met a guy about three weeks ago. After the second weekend that we hung out I met some of his friends. After the third weekend, I met all of his really close friends.

While he was drunk, he also asked me if I would “consider dating him” but it was a slip of the tongue kind of question. Then got embarrassed and asked me to forget he asked me.

I got him to admit to me that the reason that he has me meet all his close friends is because he says that I am “gorgeous” and I am really cool. So he wanted to show me off. Although that makes me feel great, I don’t know if that’s a good or bad thing

Is that normal guy behavior?

It is. But remember a guy shouldn't date you because you are gorgeous. Make sure he likes you for your personality before considering anything.

Oh for sure. We met organically through friends and the first night we met, we were talking like we knew each other for years. It was great chemistry 😁

I think it says more about him and his own insecurities than it does about you. Although flattering, (& it should be) It's still kinda a red flag for me.

It's pretty normal but usually for like really pretty girls I guess. That guy sounds really happy to have you hope it works out between you two.
