Ask her questions about herself, her goals and aspirations etc. What kind of marriage she wants in the future and all that. And no I don't ask that just to say what she wants to hear, I am always genuinely interested if I'm interested in the girl.

The main thing is probably just tell her that I like her and ask for a date.
