GUYS, is he hinting to me?

I had an argument with this guy I've been talking to a couple of days ago (it was over something silly, a disagreement).

Anyway, this guy never has reacted to any of my posts, besides this one I shared.
Is he trying to hint to me that he doesn't like me?
Or am I thinking too far into it?

(We've had each others socials for around 8 months which is why I think it's strange this is the only post he's ever reacted to).

Might be thinking too much into it I mean the post might of triggered him or something but unless he is going to be more like his actions for now on I wouldn't worry about it
