I am going to say no because there is no maybe or some option, and the question implies all.

Basically, for the most part probably. But there are degrees to red pill and mgtow.

There is the mild version that is basically like 'hey women's issues are great and all but no one is looking at issues men have'. I personally think this version has a good point.

Then at the other end it the ones that you typically associate with red pill and mgtow. These I would definitely consider toxic.

The degrees in-between are up to personal opinion on how toxic or not toxic they are.

This may be true. However, based on observation, the vast VAST majority are toxic. I wonder if it’s a generational thing- most of them are dudes in their late 30s and 40s. They were over medicated as children for problems most didn’t even have. Over mending of children was a huge problem then. I think it’s hindered their mental health.

While I think over medication is an issue I think there is a lot more issues that are causing it. There was a documentary that a feminist did exploring the mgtow movement. If you care to expand your viewpoint, check it out. if by mgtow you mean men who now refuse to date women completely, i'd say yes and no: you shouldn't disconnect from either sex in general, just learn to distinguish good people from bad people and you'll be fine. the problem is that women in general are now lost cause as they've lost much of their personal responsibility to try to make healthy relationships in general-- just generally rucksacks of entitlement, greed-fueled envy and discontent, and nonsense

Some of the meb don't hate women but have had enough of dating and have just given up and keep to them selfs.

Others are the "all girls are whores and only go for chads" and yes they are toxic since they convice men that are lonely to give up.

Many MGTOW and Red Pill men don’t feel women should have the same god given rights as them. They say women who do want that are trying to be men. There’s even some who feel hitting women, rape and even denials of voting rights should be the new thing.
Joeblow123 is a prime example.
Beyond that though 1 out of every 10 of these men are decent. The rest blame women for everything. Go to any forum of theirs. I’ve looked at feminist forums and there may be one or two who dehumanize men. However, there are plenty of people there who will call them out. Not with the men’s groups though. Most of them deluge when they hear about bad things happening to women. I’ve done my research.
