Everytime my boyfriend and I have sex it’s like he will hold me long enough for us both to calm down and then me rush to the bathroom to empty his 💦 out of me. Then after that he gets dressed and proceeds about his day like I’m not even there. Is he just using me for sex at this point or am I just over thinking

I don't think he's using you. It's just that once it's over and you stop being horny all the other things you had been thinking about before come rushing back into your brain. If you get up during that moment it will be enough time for him to move on. If you stay with him to cuddle then I'm sure he'll stay, too.

I think some guys think the encounter is over when you go to the bathroom to clean up, but I've had success just by talking to a guy and saying I like to come back and cuddle for 15-20 minutes after sex.

this sums it up pretty well. we dont know you still want to cuddle unless you speak up. getting up sets up the transition from cuddling to regular life stuff.
