uhm I was just a bit unhappy. and from what I no about him, he usually doesn comfort people. also he teases me more than any one else. we're both 13.

probably, unless he's just a really really really nice guy. It depends on how sad you were. If you were crying, or threatening to kill yourself, he might have just comforted you because he wanted to make sure you were OK. If you were just sad, he genuinely cares about you AT LEAST as a friend.
