Once or twice in the next three hours before work. Rarely once at work.
Returning home, twice on average.

It varies, but usually a lot. For sure every morning when I wake up. Every night it happens. When I wash it it happens and usually several times throughout the day other than that. So a minimum of 3 daily but usually more like 6 to 8 times on average.

Almost every morning when I wake up so that's 1. Then when I'm at work maybe a couple times when I think about my girlfriend. Then if I'm able to see my girlfriend in the evening that will probably be several times. But if I don't see her then when we're on the phone. Then sometimes in the shower.
