How many times a DAY do you PEE?

Our kidneys do a great job of removing waste products and excess fluid from the body, and they and the attached bladder must be emptied from time to time.

How often do you do that? Pee? Urinate? in a Typical Day?

I was surprised to find out (via Google) that the average person pees 6 or 7 times a day, which closely matches our G@G users. I didn't think it was that high since I usually pee only 3 or 4 times a day, sometimes less.

I drink SO much water throughout the day (I have the 30oz Yeti and usually fill it 3-4 per day) that I'm def in the 6+ times per day club.

yep same, I have a 64oz and almost always drink more, it's rare I only drink 64oz. I don't even count how many times I pee in a 24 hour period which made me pause on the answer. But pretty sure I've peed several times in the last 8 hours, and funny enough, I need to pee NOW :)

Gee, Tom, I don't count. But I drink a lot of water and I'm five months pregnant, so you can well imagine it's a lot.

I take a mild blood pressure pill every morning that contains a diuretic.
I mix a health powder into a liter bottle and use that to wash down a bunch of vitamin and mineral capsules first things.
Then I make coffee and drink at least 24 oz throughout the day. Those things make me pee at least every half hour for the first part of the day.
I also drink lots of water (from my well).
So I pee a lot. LOL

Same here (except the well). I'm drinking all day long and peeing all day long.
I get up at 0400 so some days I have peed more before the sun comes up than 18% of respondents pee all day (3x).

It depends I drink a lot so I usually don't go below 5 times but the max can vary. Sometimes I stay up late at night and I always have my water bottle beside me when I'm at the computer. I've never counted what the most times I've peed in a day was but it could be like 15 or so XD

When am I not peeing? My bladder runs at like 70% capacity of a typical person’s, I swear. And I haven’t even had kids yet 😵‍💫

a lot more than I used to it seems like. Maybe 4 or 5 times. I swear when I was younger I use to get up in the morning and pee and I didn't pee again till that night. But to be fair I don't think I drank nearly enough either. I had a fairly physical job and most the time by the time I got home in the summer months I was cramping.

It really depends on how much water I drink. On a normal day I drink approximately 2L of water so yea I pee many times during the day.
