I actually did reply to his stories.
He seemed to like talking to me. I got tired of reaching out to him first. So I just stopped reaching out to him. I was interested in him and we barely know each other. I don't know if he figured out that I like him but I never out right told him that. Our conversation was friendly. We never dated or anything.

Why isn’t reaching out to me?

Maybe he's a shy guy or he doesn't think he has a chance with you

I think you should tell him. Start chatting with him and then just ask him if he's interested in seeing or nah. He doesn't have to have feelings for you to try something out.
