He is either abusive or insecure. This is not okay and unacceptable. You need to stand up to this guy and tell him if he doesn't support you as her man protector that you will leave. This is a huge red flag. Run, make sure to break up with him in a public place or
over phone/video. He sounds pretty unstable. -
He's an asshole guy, who's trying to prove his authority and strenght on you infront of his friends. He wants their appreciation, he's just a weak person who wants confirmation from other people and just for them he breaks your heart.
