Any way to detach yourself from unrequited love?

I left this guy yesterday because of unrequited love. He wanted to still be friends but that was too painful. If you’ve seen my other questions this is the same guy that didn’t initiate

Best way is to stop seeing them, be polite if you run into him (specially if its someone you habe to keep running into because of uni, work, same group of friends or whatever) but don't "stay to chat" as you would normally do. If he texts or interacts with you on social media, keep it short and polite. Don't invest emotionally on him. And don't worry it didn't work out, means you're a step closer to finding someone who does like you. Focus on you for you: work out, start a new activity, go out with friends to do what you like to do. Soon enough you'll have a new crush even when it doesn't feel like it

Yeah, it sucks. Best way to move on is to move on, physically. Don't spend time with them, focus on more important aspects of your life. It's not fun, but it's not the end of the world.
