Why do girls like guys who are good at fighting?

Ya I don’t know for sure if this is true but I have noticed that girls seem to like guys that are good at fighting for some reason. I started noticing this around my teenage years that the better a guy was at fighting the more girls liked him, my question is why is this?

Perhaps in other times, today I sincerely believe that the vast majority are not interested, they pay more attention to the appearance or attitude, they care that a man seems protective but without reaching the blows. And that for them translates into a man being sociable and popular. On the contrary, whether a man is good at fighting matters more to us men. I've met a lot of guys who were brave and quarrelsome and didn't have much of an outing with girls. And if they were well regarded by the girls, it is because they met the other characteristics.

I don’t know how true that is it seems like they like it of course people tht fight for no reason is stupid but it seems like they like a guy more who is good at that stuff at least from what I seen I guess it’s best to work on getting better at that then it seems like lol

Yeah, I noticed lots of women go after muscley men or fighters for protection, boy will they be dissapointed lol.

I've personally never had to worry about that, modern life is pretty placid, and most of the women I've dated could kick a guy's nuts so hard he would sound like mickey mouse. but then i go for the long haired cute tomboy type of woman, who looks harmless but can destroy a grown man in fist fight, because tiny doom is adorable.

Granted, It's not because I feel protected, I can kick someone's ass via fists just fine on my own, but despite that I wouldn't rely on fists in a fight. I suppose it's more for comic relief I guess?

Oh, why do girls like guys who are good at fighting? Let me count the ways... They feel that I can actually protect them... Some dude following both of us too closely for comfort... I will have already confronted them and fixed the problem. There is no way I would ever allow anyone to make my wife/girlfriend concerned over her safety... nope, not gonna happen!

I think that is true i also think they are just physically attracted to it for some reason, i dont know maybe since we like girls who have nice bodies they like guys who have nice bodies and usually guys that are good at fighting are physcially fit so something

The idea is protection, but it's no longer valid in a world where we buy everything we eat and fight with bullets instead of fists. So its something less and less women will care about with each passing generation.


A lot of people will say its cuz of muscles being sexy, but body builder bods are way weaker than dad bods when it comes to pure strength for lifting, and martial artists, who have the best chance in hand to hand combat, are thin, not the bulky musclebound dudes that girls swoon over. So being ripped and being able to fight are 2 very different things.

True that body builders are actually weak and ya martial artists people are thin but they are very muscular just have no body fat or water weight like body builders do, but it seems like girls don’t like people with fad bods they like people with the bodies like people who do martial arts it seems like that’s what I meant by the question I asked like why do girls like tht so much

Good Confidence- Women do not like desperate men
In general they get turned on by seeing you fight. Heck, if she’s a freak she might even be fantasizing about you and the guy you are fighting.
