Would you report a man for using the women’s restroom in an emergency?

Let’s say some man has to use the restroom & it’s an emergency.
The men’s room is packed, so he runs into the women’s. You catch him coming out of the women’s restroom & He explains that he couldn’t hold it, & The men’s restrooms were jam packed at the time.

Are you reporting him?

If that all that happened no I wouldn’t. Seems harmless. If anybody else was actually in the bathroom and got freaked out I’d just let them do it. Why do you ask?

On second thought, men don’t take that long to pee. He couldn’t have waited thirty seconds for a urinal or a stall to open?

I ask this because at my Job, There’s about 3 Restrooms scattered across a huge space.
& There are many employees.

Often times when you gotta go, You gotta stand and wait for someone to finish.
You could walk to another restroom, but it there’s a chance you’d be in the same situation..

There’s only 1 toilet in the men’s restrooms, & there’s probably like 3 - 4 In the women’s...
I’ve had to go a few times & I just imagine myself in that scenario

Wait I got confused, in my job there are 2 Urinals and one Toilet in each bathroom

Okay. That makes sense. I don’t think a girl who walked in just as you were walking out would report you but a girl who was already using the bathroom when you walked in might get upset. You’re violating her privacy.

I've been there. I used to run a truck stop third shift. Had to clean both. If one was occupied and i could not wait i would use the other. There were a few women that complained about it, and it got met with (management does not care) Especially since it was a bathroom that could be locked (single stall) both were like that actually.

No. That's a trifle to report someone for. Women do not hold the monopoly on having to answer the call of nature.

Nah unless he is being sus like looking under/over stalls. Sometimes you just have to go and nobody wants to piss themselves if there is an option.

No.. gender based restrooms barely make sense. Nice with urinals though, but else it does not matter. With toilets behind stalls people can do their business in private.
