I wouldn’t say I let him or not, but I would probably feel uncomfortable about it. Other than how I feel, if his ex is a doctor, she probably wouldn’t care much about what she sees. Will there be an attraction between them? This is a bit confusing for me.

That's what a urologist will do. Plus check his prostate. My urologist does. She checks for many things. Since there's testicular cancer in the family she has to do her tests on my nuts.
