My boyfriend recently started biting my lip when we kiss, he has never done that before and never liked it. l when I used to do it. Do men randomly change the way they kiss or something up? 🤔

I will typically make a point to vary some small things every so often and view that as a natural on-going process of figuring each other out or even just keeping things fresh. Could very well result in a new way of kissing someone if those small attempts got positively reinforced.
