He never really mentions anything about my body, also when I told him that I was only going to eat once a day to lose weight he just told me “you got this” lol, and i always have to tell him to touch my breasts more maybe he doesn’t think that they’re enough? I just mainly wonder this because he never really says anything about my body he has never told me that my body is pretty or that he loves it he has told me that he loves my legs etc. But I’ll try not to overthink because I think his body is nice but I don’t say anything lol. I just don’t think I’ve ever heard him say that my body’s beautiful

The problems you have are in your mind, you are the one who has a poor self image and you are assigning your own attacks on yourself to him, if you keep doing this after a while you might not even be able to tell the difference between what he has said and done and what is your own creation.
