so today we were eating and usually i dont finish my food but i was hungry so i ate it all
and my boyfriend was surprised and said "oh wow you ate everything for the first time.. well done"
but i was aching and felt like to vomit and he noticed this
and he said "are u ok? can u even walk?"
and i said "yeah."
and he put his hand on my stomach and he said "ooo.. look at this belly... someone needs to go for a run"
and i stayed quiet (mind you, im quite insecure about my body)
anyway, he then said "your belly is cute.. i like my girl having little fat"
and then he said "i just want your ass to have more fat.."
and i asked "how do i do that?"
and he put his hand on my belly and said "maybe put some this fat to your ass"
and then i said "hmm so u dont like my ass?"
and he said "no.. i love your ass, legs, all of you"
then he added "why did u even eat all of it if you were full? did u want your belly to be bigger? dont force yourself to eat that much if you can't"
Is he just saying shit? Does he even like my body? We have been sexually active from the start of this year. and we have been together almost a year now.

He likes you and probably finds you sexy but at the same time he probably would probably like you to improve. Just because he wants you to be sexier doesn't mean he doesn't think your sexy already. Your boyfriend is just really sloppy in terms of speech. For example I told my girlfriend that I really like the way she looks in dresses. That did not mean that I thought the way she usually dresses is ugly, I was merely telling her my preference. I think your boyfriend was trying to tell you to get more healthy, noticed you were insecure about it and backpedaled.

Again, he never implied she was unattractive though. You don't have to be a super model to be attractive. In fact you don't even have to be anywhere close to peak physical shape to be attractive.

SOOOO From a guy POV i can tell you this! he noticed ur discomfort and tried to lighten it with "humor". what he said was ment as a joke to cheer you up a bit, sadly you took it as a negative. after he noticed he couldn't comfort you in that way he tried to prevent it from happening again.

Simply put the guy loves yah and likes you for who you are. don't overthink these kind of things to much ;P. he's just trying to be a descent boyfriend :3. i would have probably done the exact same thing.
