Why is it dishonest?

Some people do dress sloppy BECAUSE they don't want to be hit on or sexualized. Some girls do not want to be the center of attraction because they are aware that a number of guy are just out there to attempt to perv on them and try to pick them up.

There is nothing wrong with not wanting attention. There are a whole lot of rich people that don't brag about their fortune because they are aware that it would draw the attention of the wrong people. The same applies to a girl that does not want to be the victim of harassers.
