It’s more of a people thing, they are usually not used to talking to whoever they’re interested in and struggle to make dialogue. Women do fumble too in terms of starting the conversation or keeping the conversation flowing.

Because men who aren't awkward are too busy screwing girls to spend much time on dating apps. When i want a new girl im on tinder for like 48 hours and then im talking to like 5 girls on the phone so im busy and delete the app

Because if they’re relying solely on dating apps they likely don’t have much experience and are using them as a means to talk to women they otherwise wouldn’t. So they’re more awkward by default.
