I only ever hear of men saying it to women. Just wanna know if it's okay for a woman to say it to a man.

I think women that tell her guy she adores him are true gems, any woman that does not show or tell him is not a keeper. There are lots of songs dedicated to females by male singers but hardly if any dedicated to males by women, I used to be so romantic anything to do with love and romance was at the top of my list, because I don't see much affection from women towards men I have started going cold to women.
