Depends on your industry. But lots of men lack verbal skills to talk to women because parents didn't teach them. They could have been a spoiled only child which leads over to adulthood and they think they van have whatever they want. Usually that makes them view you as property.

Pretty much forever. Some people never grow out of their own insecurities and find their value as a person so they put people they find attractive or idolize on a pedestal and make it fucking weird.

That being said, what you define as the value of a man may not be the values they want to live their life by so you can't say they're not men, just they're not the men you want in your life.

Learning how to talk and act around the opposite sex takes time. Also do you with in a place with lots of younger men. Maybe such jobs or location
