He is loud and never shuts up and makes everything a joke. Its really unbelievable that men over age 12 act this way... he's like over 30

I should have rephrased the question though. My boss is just as bad if not worse but he thinks he's hilarious and wants attention constantly. And he looks like he's 70 or something idek. he's old as fck though.

There is no solution. Birds of a feather stick together. That’s why you see idiots giving other idiots promotions. Either find another position to apply for, or keep yourself to yourself so you don’t have to associate with immaturity. That’s your best bet.

i've dealt with that myself and still deal with that the adult children both men and women and what amazes me the most is people in their 60's act more like children then children do. even people in their 40's act like children and it feels like at my age 44 i'm raising adult children. it gets tiring after a while
