Anything positive really. Like if you saw them, compliment them on their appearance, if you're going to see them tell them you're excited/can't wait. If you're in a serious or semi serious relationship tell them some of the things you love/like about them. If you know there are things they like to do, and they wouldn't mind you making plans, make some plans to do things and tell them. Sending nudes would also work but it's a little more on the shallow side, nothing wrong with that though.
