Why do guys say they don’t want drama, but want to HEAR drama?

I’m confused 😅 and don’t understand!

Of alll the guys I’ve encountered with, they always ask “what’s going on” and “what’s the matter?” During a dramatic meltdown or arguments happening.

Because we know the drama has started whether we like it or not, might as well try to figure it out and fix it

Its handy to have a rough idea what is going on e. g. who has fallen out, who has said what etc. especially in social situations. Just guys generally dont personally want the drama to be about themselves. That is a lot more to take in and handle.

I'm the complete opposite I would ask "how was your day?" And expect "Fine" thats it! I don't want to here no drama, don't want to be in it either.
