Married neighbor stares at me a lot. What could this mean?

Okay, before anyone jumps down my throat, I have not been involved with this guy at all. Anyway, every time I see him, he stares at me in this really intense way, like I turn around and he's looking straight at me. I have had conversations with him, and he smiles and seems to enjoy what we're talking about, since we have some things in common. He even told me that if I need anything to come by. I went for a walk outside once and saw him out and about and he was staring at me then too, but I pretended not to see him lol. Why would a guy keep staring at a girl this long if he's involved in a relationship? And should I be creeped out?

I guess I would have to say maybe two things either you're absolutely beautiful and can't take his eyes off of you or you have a piece of long toilet paper stuck at your waistline hanging out about 5ft so when you're walking it flows behind you like a kite. So it's hard for me to answer this question because I'm not right there to know either one of those LOL I'm sure it's the first one

It could mean that he's male, heterosexual and that you are easier to look at than his wife.

I just watched a forensic files show about a girl and her neighbor next door kidnapping her in a minute and killing her. Turns out the guy had some type of sexual addiction and had a criminal record. Like it could be nothing and he probably finds you really pretty but I don't know, I just don't trust any stranger honestly. The intense staring is just weird and sketchy.

My guess is he thinks you're a friendly person and a fun, secret sexual fantasy--especially if for whatever reason he isn't having sex as frequently as he'd like with his wife.

I know other people have commented stuff like "Oh women get entangled over men staring at them." In this situation, I feel like he's trying to involve me. Because once I've ignored him he acts passive aggressively. Like isn't he having sex with his fiancee? Lol.

I think he'll invite you into his house when the fiancee is not around.. you know for a "drink".

I find him attractive, but I don't think we'd actually do anything. He also knows I live alone, so I don't know if that makes me a target somehow. Should I just tell him I'm not interested?

You could ask him what's with all the staring. And see what he says. Then you can tell him you are not interested if he says anything.
