My ex changed his profile pic for a funny one after we had a fight and blocked each other?

Why would an ex change their profile picture for one that is funny after a discussion with you, in which you both blocked each other? Like, he's blocked now and I can't access to his profile, nor he can to mine, on Facebook. But I can see his profile pics on messenger Facebook even if he's blocked, because we had the conversation yesterday. I felt it very insulting, as if he didn't feel affected at all and wanted to rub it on my face. He never changed his profile pic before. I feel he's laughing at my face. Yesterday he asked for forgiveness for treating me bad during our relationship, and when I answered I couldn't forgive him, he ignored me while being online I got angry at him ignoring me on purpose, and called him and told me to block me and never unblock me again. He did it, I also blocked him, and he changed the picture the next day for one that is funny.

I know, it's just hard for me to cope with the feelings. I have feelings for him, but he's been pretty neglectful with me, projected his issues onto me, dumped me twice, and was asking for forgiveness. I love him but can't get back to him.

You know what if I were you Id go with it. Still and if they keep treating me bad the love dies and your soul reaches the conclusion. I once got dumped 10 times in a year and after lost all feelings it was easy to mive on, when you have the answer.
