Well my dad died recently and he wants to hangout cause he feels bad for being a bad friend and breaking my heart... I don't know

Even then I would expect a guy to say “hey I know you have been going through a lot , I’ll take you out to dinner” “or hey let’s go out for ice cream” or something you enjoy. You don’t need to be cooped up with him at your place, you need someone that can take your mind off of your situation. I am so sorry about your dad by the way ❤️
